FREE FOOD!

There will be a free BBQ to all runners at The Olde Barn Inn (pictured left) which is located in Gore road, New Milton less than half a mile from the finish (you have to run past it on the course). Upon presentation of your running number you can have a complimentary meal from the BBQ or Hog Roast. Vegetarians can have a cheese ploughman's and help themselves to salad. Serving will start at 12:00pm and continue until the food runs out.

The Old Barn will also be offering their normal Sunday lunch menu from 12:00 - 8:00pm

This is a really good way to recover post-race and has been hugely popular for the past two years. You can watch competitors running to the finish from here while you enjoy a drink and free food! Not to be missed.
